Terroir
A few vines for this cuvée, from gravely boulbenes, gave us a few thousands bottles. The result is in the glass, a surprising white.
Vinification
The fermentation and the aging is in old oak barrels, on fine lees for 8 months. Several lees-stirring give it this touch of fatness on the palate.
Dégustation
This wine with dry fruits aromas, is full and persistent and will get perfectly paired with charcuteries, fish and cheese.
