Catherine Ribes was "born into it" when she met Frédéric, her husband, and immediately immersed herself in the family adventure of Domaine Le Roc. For many years, she headed the administrative and commercial side of the business, developing the hospitality and art of welcoming guests at Domaine Le Roc. From participating in the blending process to welcoming both professional and private clients, and from the care she lavishes on the estate itself, she has created a truly welcoming and warm space that reflects their personalities.

The original winery has been renovated into a tasting room and now welcomes guests for tastings and tours of the estate.

Throughout the week, Flora welcomes you to the tasting room and shares the history of the estate. From the meticulous work undertaken by Jean-Luc, Frédéric, and Cathy, to the innovations introduced by Anne and Grégoire, you will discover their winemaking expertise.
